By purchasing or enrolling in any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Our Services
Hampton Hockey Advisors provides hockey advisory, consulting, player evaluation, recruiting guidance, and advancement support services.
Depending on the program purchased, our work may include evaluating a player's background and abilities, researching potential opportunities, identifying suitable teams or leagues, communicating with coaches and organizations, providing recommendations, and assisting families throughout the advancement process.
The specific services included in your purchase are outlined in the program description or other written communications provided during enrollment.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
By completing payment, you authorize Hampton Hockey Advisors to immediately begin providing services on your behalf and acknowledge that your purchase becomes non-refundable once this work begins, except as required by applicable law.
Our team begins allocating time and resources to each player upon enrollment. This may include player evaluations, research, planning, outreach, communication with teams, and other work related to the purchased program.
Because our services involve dedicated professional time and resources, we do not provide refunds once work has begun. This applies even if a player or family changes their plans, decides not to pursue hockey opportunities, stops participating, or is dissatisfied with a recruiting outcome.
We encourage all families to review the program details and ask any questions before purchasing.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Our goal is to provide every player with professional guidance, support, and the best possible understanding of their opportunities.
However, Hampton Hockey Advisors does not guarantee placement on any team, roster spot, tryout invitation, scholarship, contract, offer, or other specific outcome.
Decisions regarding recruitment, selection, and advancement are ultimately made by independent teams, coaches, leagues, schools, and organizations.
A player's opportunities may also depend on factors such as ability, performance, age, experience, availability, timing, and individual team needs.
Purchasing our services does not guarantee any particular result.
4. Player and Family Responsibilities
Players and families agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests, and participate in necessary discussions throughout the process.
If a player or family becomes unresponsive, changes their goals, chooses not to pursue opportunities, or decides to discontinue participation, this does not change the work already performed by Hampton Hockey Advisors or entitle the customer to a refund once services have begun, except as required by applicable law.
Similarly, a lack of response, interest, or opportunity from outside teams, coaches, or organizations does not, by itself, mean Hampton Hockey Advisors has failed to provide its services.
5. Agreement to These Terms
By completing payment and accepting these Terms of Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
•Hampton Hockey Advisors is authorized to begin providing services immediately upon payment, without requiring any additional approval or authorization.
•Once Hampton Hockey Advisors begins work on your behalf, your payment becomes non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
•You understand that our services may include research, evaluations, planning, outreach, and other work performed behind the scenes on the player's behalf.
•You understand that Hampton Hockey Advisors does not guarantee team placements, tryouts, scholarships, contracts, offers, or other specific advancement outcomes.
•You acknowledge that changes in plans, loss of interest, or a decision to discontinue participation do not entitle you to a refund once services have begun, except as required by applicable law.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these terms.
